Photographer Mark Attridge enjoys revealing the healing power of plants and flowers through intimate photos of their natural beauty. His photographs are fresh, lush and alive with color, showing the sensuous side of the foliage. Mark is a Research Psychologist in private practice as a writer and business consultant. He lives in Minneapolis.

Lynn Brown |
Lynn Brown draws and paints primarily in watercolor, pastel, and oil pastel and earned a BFA from the University of Minnesota. A long-time resident of Red Wing, Lynn has helped with many art activities including facilitating numerous mural projects with local elementary, middle, and high school students. Her work has been exhibited both locally and regionally and is held in numerous private collections.

Sheri Buckzo |
For the past 12 years, Sheri Buckzo as been designing, throwing, and creating clay pieces that are among many public and private collections in the region. Sheri relishes the joy that comes from taking hold of a mound of earth and creating the vessel's appealing form. Her skill has been developed on the soundles, yet rhythmic force of a kick wheel. |

Owner and operator of Cora Metal Works, Max Cora is a master welder, bronze-caster and finisher. He has done major restoration of public works of art throughout the Upper Midwest, including for the cities of Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Rochester. Glassblower-in-residence, Gail Dahlberg holds an MFA from the School of the Art Institute in Chicago. After teaching for several years in the Illinois public school system, where he developed a Young Artist Studio Glass Program, he returned to his native Minnesota and, in 2005, designed and built the Center's glassblowing facility.

Ceramic artist Julie DeVetter has a BFA degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Her ceramic forms consist of both functional and aesthetic peices. Through the process of throwing and altering her forms, she is able to create works with unique expression reflecting strength, grace, beauty, and character.

With a background in textiles and fiber arts, Pauline Johanik has worked with weaving, hand-dyed fibers, and surface design. She is currently focusin on basketry, creating pieces by weaving natural fibers (reed) around hardwood hoops. She resides in Oak Grove, WI.

Erik Legrey
After receiving his B.F.A. from Bethel College in St. Paul, Erik Legrey taught in the Minnesota Public School system and at the Franconia Sculpture Park in Taylors Falls, Minnesota. Erik has extensive experience in metal casting and carved/fabricated steel sculpture, and his work is on display at Franconia, the Anderson Center Sculpture Garden, and is part of several private collections.

Since 1998, Nancy Murphy has maintained a studio at the Anderson Center specializing in a variety of media, including watercolor painting, wall hangings, and hand-dyed silks. Her work is frequently featured in promotional material for the Center's annual Art Celebrations, and her sensual, vibrantly colored silks are perennial favorites throughout the area.

Celeste Nelms
Celeste Nelms has been making photographs for 30 years and has exhibited her work both nationally and internationally. She has received grants from the McKnight Foundation, the Minnesota State Arts Board, and the Jerome Foundation. She has been an artist-in-residence at the Blacklock Nature Center, the Anderson Center, Vermont Studio Center, and the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts. Her work is included in the collections of the Minnesota Historical Society and the University of Minnesota, among many others.

Peggy Simonson |
Painter Peggy Simonson works in vibrant watercolors and soft pastels, focusing her subjects on landscapes and natural scenes. She also employs a specific technique of painting dyes on stretched silk to create astonishing, beautiful florals. Peggy has been an elementary teacher for 30 years and is currently teaching fifth grade at Twin Bluff Middle School in Red Wing.
